When you complete a training course, you can access your certificate directly from your dashboard and download it as a PDF. Simply go to the My Courses page, accessible from your dashboard. There, you will find the list of your courses and their progress status.
For every course you have watched in full, a PDF document icon will appear in the Progress column. Just click on this icon to download your certificate.
